New Beginnings Psychotherapy Solutions in Seattle, WA, is seeking a full-time Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to deliver high-quality care through telehealth platforms. The ideal candidate holds an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in Washington and a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field, with remote work and hours Mon–Fri 9:00–5:00.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, identifying needs and formulating tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate teletherapy sessions that engage clients in their journey towards wellness.
• Engage with families to assess their needs, linking them to community-based services as necessary to ensure comprehensive support.
• Document and maintain thorough clinical records of patient medical histories, assessment outcomes, and treatment plans following best practice guidelines.
• Provide psychoeducation to fellow healthcare professionals and clients, ensuring a holistic approach to care that incorporates psychosocial stressors and needs.
