Job summary

The Intellect Company is seeking a licensed Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist based in Washington, DC for a freelance, hybrid role with flexible hours. You will join a growing provider community and deliver 1:1 teletherapy sessions via our digital platform, collaborating with a skilled clinical team to offer evidence-based treatments.

Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D., have 3+ years of clinical experience with 500 supervised hours, and hold an active DC license.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Washington, DC.
• ~3+ years of clinical experience plus 500 supervised hours.
• Licensed clinical psychologist or counsellor in DC.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through our digital platform.
• Collaborate with an experienced and supportive clinical team.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).
• Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and more.
• Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible.
