Job summary

Intellect is hiring a licensed Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist based in Washington, DC to join our provider community. This freelance role offers remote work with occasional onsite or hybrid options, flexible hours, and the opportunity to reach patients through our teletherapy platform.

You will conduct 1:1 teletherapy, collaborate with a clinical team, and use CBT, EMDR, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches to address anxiety, depression, trauma and more. Candidates should have Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph. D or Psy. D.
• ~3+ years clinical experience + 500 supervised hours
• Active license to practice in Washington DC
• Bonus if you have EAP experience or speak multiple languages!

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through our platform
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.)
• Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & more
• Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible
