Job summary

The Intellect Company in Washington, DC is seeking a licensed Clinical Counsellor or Psychologist to join our growing provider community for teletherapy. This freelance, hybrid role offers flexible hours and remote work with occasional onsite as needed, and you will collaborate with an experienced clinical team using evidence-based approaches.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D., a Washington, DC license, about 3+ years of experience and 500 supervised hours; strong client care is essential,

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. required.
• Active license to practice in Washington, DC.
• Approximately 3+ years of clinical experience with 500 supervised hours.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies and client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 teletherapy sessions through our digital platform.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team.
• Apply evidence-based approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).
• Support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma & more.
• Help make mental healthcare more human, flexible, and accessible.
