You can focus on client care while we handle referrals and bookings. We pay $75–$95 per session, offer onboarding stipends, paid clinical consultation, malpractice insurance, and free CE credits year‑round.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
• Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults.
• Comfort with telehealth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong therapeutic relationships across age groups.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 or 18–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs.
• Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients.
