Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching in San Antonio is seeking a Teletherapist to provide virtual therapy to children and adults. This role allows for flexible scheduling, offering a competitive compensation model based on sessions provided, rather than reliance on insurance collections.

The ideal candidate will be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Texas and have a passion for working with diverse populations. Candidates with licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. Additional benefits include health insurance and retirement planning options.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC license in Texas required, with preference for candidates licensed in multiple states.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and commitment to client care.
• Must have comfortable remote working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy in 45-60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Suggest best strategies and techniques to help clients.
• Participate in MySpectrum’s growth.

Skills

Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Texas

Experience working with diverse populations

High-speed internet access

HIPAA-protected space for consistent sessions

Comfortable working remotely and conducting telehealth sessions

Education
