Job Description - Remote Telesales Associate USA (251704044)

Position: Telesales Associate - Remote USA (located in TX, NC & SC)

Start Date: July 14, 2025

Compensation: Hourly + bi-weekly commission payout

Your Opportunity:

As an inbound Telesales professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve growth goals while maintaining exceptional customer experience and setting industry benchmarks. You will need to maintain high energy and enthusiasm to engage prospective customers and meet sales goals regularly. Strong communication skills and customer focus are essential for success.

Work Schedule: Reliable commitment to the full schedule is required, with hours from 11:00 am CST to 8:00 pm CST (Monday-Friday) and 9:00 am CST to 6:00 pm CST (Saturday & Sunday). Schedules typically include 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound sales calls and effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and special offers to drive sales conversions.
  • Navigate order entry systems efficiently.
  • Tailor sales pitches to address customer needs and demonstrate service benefits.
  • Accurately document interaction details.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (sales process, call quality, attendance, call conversion, product selection).
  • Build rapport and establish positive customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process updates.
  • Keep up-to-date with product features, specifications, pricing, and communicate key selling points clearly.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college or university education is a plus).
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in a call center or Telesales environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage customers.
  • Persuasive, confident sales approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes.
  • Active listening and consultative selling skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong computer skills, capable of using multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Availability to work scheduled days/times, including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
  • Access to reliable high-speed internet; a hardwired connection is recommended.
