Legion Health, Inc. is hiring psychiatrists to deliver remote telehealth psychiatric care across the United States. Roles offer flexible scheduling with full or part-time options and emphasize clinical autonomy in evidence-based practice.

We provide substantial admin support, payer credentialing, and access to leading EHR/E-prescribing tools, with weekly compensation and malpractice coverage to support clinicians in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
