Legion Health is expanding its telepsychiatry team and seeks clinicians who can provide high-quality remote psychiatric care to a broad patient base across the United States. The role offers autonomy, strong administrative support, and a focus on evidence-based treatment in a telehealth setting.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing remote care with EHR use.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including MH history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
