Legion Health is a remote-friendly psychiatry company providing world-class outpatient care via telehealth across the United States. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and substantial administrative support to focus on patient care.

Practitioners will work fully remotely within the U.S., earning a competitive compensation range of $300K–$500K per year, with weekly pay and comprehensive malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care using evidence-based protocols.
• Collaboration with psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
