Job summary

Legion Health is seeking psychiatrists to provide remote telepsychiatry across the United States. You’ll have autonomy with strong operational support, flexible scheduling, and work from home.

We handle scheduling, insurance verification, billing, credentialing, and offer access to best-in-class tools. Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K annually, with weekly pay and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
