Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist for a fully remote telepsychiatry assignment, providing outpatient coverage with 10+ hours per week. Peak volume is 8 am–10 am in the patient time zone, with 15-minute follow-ups and 45-minute initial evaluations.

Proprietary EMR is used for documentation. Weatherby offers malpractice coverage and prepaid travel/housing where applicable, with 24/7 access to a Weatherby consultant and National Association of Locum Tenens Travel

Qualifications

• Board certification required with at least 2 years post-grad training.
• Telehealth outpatient psychiatry experience required.
• Availability-based scheduling: 10+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide fully remote telepsychiatry coverage for outpatient procedures.
• Perform 15‑min follow-ups and 45‑min new evaluations.
• Document encounters using the proprietary EMR.
