Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. is seeking psychiatrists (MD or DO) to provide evidence-based telepsychiatry across the United States. Roles offer meaningful clinical autonomy, robust support, and a patient-centered approach focused on high-quality care.

Position types include full-time or part-time with remote work from anywhere in the U.S. Expected annual compensation ranges from $300K to $500K, depending on patient-care hours completed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans combining medications and brief psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists and use telehealth technology to ensure reliable care delivery.
