Legion Health is recruiting psychiatrists (MD or DO) across the United States for remote telepsychiatry roles. You will practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy, supported by a robust medical infrastructure and a collaborative psychiatric community.

Roles are fully remote within the U.S. with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. We offer strong compensation ($300K–$500K per year), extensive administrative support, and access to premium tools to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including medical and mental-health history.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
