Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and mental health evaluations through telehealth
• Obtain patient histories, assess symptoms, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage mental health conditions within scope
• Provide medication management when appropriate
• Monitor patient progress through virtual follow-up visits
• Collaborate with physicians, APs, mental health professionals
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in the EMR
• Maintain patient privacy and telehealth compliance
