Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with an active state license.
• 3 years of clinical RN experience.
• Eligible for compact license or multi-state licensure.
• Graduated from an accredited state approved school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic assessments and educate patients/caregivers per clinical program templates.
• Document assessments according to program guidelines.
• Notify and manage adverse events per nurse scope of practice.
• Contact treating physicians when needed to discuss health matters.
• Assist with new hire training, precepting, and peer-review documentation.
