Job summary

CVS Health is hiring Telepharmacy Technicians for our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. You will support daily pharmacy operations under Pharmacist oversight, ensure safe dispensing, manage inventory, and uphold patient care standards.

This role includes assisting with immunizations and patient services where permitted by law. Ideal candidates have 1+ years as Pharmacy Technicians, are PTCB/ExCPT certified, and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• Minimum age 18 if not mandated by state.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• State licensure requirements vary by state.
• 1+ years of full-time Pharmacy Technician experience; CVS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Support telepharmacy operations with pharmacist oversight from a supervising location.
• Safely operate the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy and protect medication integrity.
• Assist with controlled substance handling, inventory, and cycle counts as needed.
• Provide empathetic patient interactions and facilitate immunizations and other services when allowed by law.
• Travel to stores in the market for shifts as needed.
