CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician for our remote dispensing location. You will support daily pharmacy operations, ensure accuracy, and uphold CVS workflow procedures while providing excellent customer service to patients and caregivers.

This role emphasizes inventory controls, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Supervising Pharmacist to ensure timely fulfillment of prescriptions and high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• PTCB certification or state-accepted equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State licensure requirements vary by state.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy.
• Manage pharmacy inventory including controlled substances and perpetual inventory.
• Handle operational communications and task completion.
• Improve customer service, WeCARE workflow and patient care.
• Mentor new Telepharmacy Technicians and support onboarding.
