Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to support Remote Dispensing Pharmacy operations. You will assist pharmacists, handle daily tasks, and uphold patient safety in a high-quality, compliant environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and compassionate care in a remote setting.

You will contribute to inventory management, patient interactions, and potential immunization support where permitted. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Must comply with state board requirements; in some states, be at least 18 years old
National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
1+ years full-time Pharmacy Technician experience; CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain daily pharmacy operations under pharmacist oversight
Follow SOPs and ensure patient safety and privacy
Assist with immunization services when allowed by law
Manage controlled substances and inventory, including cycle counts
Provide empathetic customer service and resolve patient questions
