Job summary

CVS Health is hiring Telepharmacy Technicians for our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. You will support pharmacists in day-to-day operations, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and assist patients with empathetic service across pickup, drive-thru, and phone channels.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of experience, national certification, and compliance with state regulations. Training, Immunization support, and benefits are provided as part of our team-oriented, safe culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a Pharmacy Technician with 1+ years of full-time experience.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) is required.
• State licensure requirements vary by state; follow applicable laws and CVS policies.
• CVS Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Maintain inventory and handle controlled substances per SOPs.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup.
• Support immunization services when on-site and trained.
• Adhere to SOPs and communicate with Supervising Pharmacist.
