Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to join our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy team. You will perform daily pharmacy operations, support immunizations when the pharmacist is present, and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while adhering to SOPs.

You will work with Pharmacists and a Telepharmacy Tech Team Leader, providing empathetic service, inventory control, and continuous process improvements across market stores.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• 1+ years full-time Pharmacy Technician experience; CVS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and labels.
• Oversee safe operation of Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy and protect inventory.
• Support immunizations and other patient services when pharmacist is on-site.
• Perform inventory tasks and assist with cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Demonstrate empathy and assist patients with transactions via pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
