Job summary

Dutch is seeking experienced veterinarians to join our telemedicine team as independent contractors. This remote-only role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to practice from home while keeping clinical autonomy.

You'll conduct virtual consultations, review histories, establish VCPR when required, provide evidence-based treatment and prescriptions when appropriate, and document encounters in Dutch’s EMR.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school or eligible to practice in the United States.
• Active license in states Dutch operates
• 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via video and asynchronous messaging.
• Review medical history, symptoms, and treatment concerns via Dutch’s platform.
• Establish a valid VCPR when required and determine telemedicine suitability.
• Provide evidence-based treatment recommendations, including prescriptions when appropriate.
• Document all encounters using Dutch’s EMR.
• Collaborate with Dutch’s clinical leadership team as needed.
