Carrot is expanding its telemedicine RN network, offering part-time to full-time remote roles. RNs provide triage, education, care coordination, and documentation for fertility, menopause, and metabolic health journeys. This contractor engagement requires an active RN license, multi-state privileges, and strong communication from a private home workspace.

The role emphasizes protocol-driven triage, same-day documentation, and escalation to physicians when needed, within CST hours.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted RN license with multi-state privileges.
• Minimum 3 years of active RN clinical experience.
• Experience with women's health, menopause, or fertility-related care recommended.
• Strong written communication and a reliable home workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first clinical reviewer of inbound member messages and triage for urgency.
• Provide education on menopause staging, hormone therapy, and preconception health.
• Review and triage lab results and coordinate referrals.
• Manage callbacks and prior authorizations with the care team.
• Document interactions same-day and escalate per protocol.
• Maintain multi-state licensure and HIPAA compliance.
