Job summary

Carrot is expanding its telemedicine clinic with a network of part-time, fully remote physician consultants who deliver evidence-based virtual care to members across multiple U.S. states.

Depending on your licensure, certification, and area of expertise, you will provide consultations in menopause and perimenopause care aligned to The Menopause Society and ACOG guidelines, early fertility support aligned to ACOG and ASRM guidelines, or both.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or PA/APRN with relevant subspecialty training and active US medical license.
• Experience in telemedicine and multi‑state practice preferred.
• Familiarity with ACOG, ASRM and menopause guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual consultations in menopause, fertility, and metabolic health within scope.
• Apply guidelines with shared decision‑making and coordinate care.
• Maintain licensure, credentialing, and payer enrollment; document visits.
