Job summary

QuickMD is expanding a fully virtual medical practice and seeking licensed physicians to join as independent contractors. Providers set their own weekly schedule, work remotely, and focus on delivering high-quality telemedicine care across multiple states with support from a provider-support team.

The role offers transparent per-visit compensation of $35 per consult, with pay scaling based on visit length and efficiency, and potential earnings up to $210/hour as visits shorten.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships and deliver patient-centered care.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance; buprenorphine permitted for opioid use disorder where applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and medical best practices.
