Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. We seek licensed physicians to join our independent contractor team, delivering high-quality care with flexible, self-directed schedules.

Physicians can work from anywhere, committing 15–20 hours per week, and are compensated on a per-consult basis ($35 per completed consult, $105/hour at a 20‑minute visit, with higher rates for shorter visits).

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C‑substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
