NIVA Health is seeking a General Practice/Wound Care physician (MD/DO) for a flexible, 100% telemedicine role. Work remotely with a guaranteed part-time schedule, choosing days that fit your lifestyle.

You must reside in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia and maintain an active medical license. This role emphasizes meaningful clinical involvement, supervision of APPs, and delivering high-quality care without full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license in good standing and credentialing clearance.
• Physician must reside in SC, NC, or GA.
• Experience in general practice, wound care, telemedicine, or supervision of APPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine physician services as scheduled.
• General practice and wound care consultation and physician oversight.
• Supervise designated advanced practice providers per requirements.
• Review and sign clinical documentation when required.
• Guide and support NPs, PAs, nurses, and the care team.
• Support clinical quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with leadership regarding patient care and provider needs.
• Maintain licenses, credentials, and professional requirements.
