Job summary

QuickMD seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team. You’ll provide high-quality, patient-focused telemedicine care with a flexible schedule and no traditional office overhead.

As independent contractors (1099), physicians earn per-visit compensation with scales based on visit length, with potential earnings up to six figures. Training and credentialing support are provided to streamline onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (with willingness to obtain additional licenses).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week, with schedules submitted one week in advance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
