Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. You’ll provide high‑quality care across multiple specialties, work from anywhere, and practice without traditional office overhead.

Compensation is per consult ($35) with hourly pay at $105 during standard visits, rising to $210 for shorter visits, paid as an independent contractor. Top performers earn well over six figures.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week, with schedules submitted one week in advance
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
