This fully remote role requires an active medical license in at least five U.S. states and offers compensation of $35 per consult (1099). Top earners advance as visit times shorten, with earnings potentially reaching six figures annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX preferred)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted one week in advance
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (not for most controlled substances)
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
