Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states since 2019. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, supported by a streamlined EMR and a provider-support team.

We are seeking licensed physicians in at least five states to join as independent contractors. Compensation is per completed consult ($35), with production-based pay ranging toward $210/hour for shorter visits; top earners exceed $260K

Qualifications

• Active telemedicine experience and ability to manage patient care remotely.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and maintain licensure.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment to deliver high-quality virtual care.
• Experience with EMRs and telehealth platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
