Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states since 2019. Physicians set their own visit schedules, work from anywhere, and operate with an EMR and dedicated provider-support team.

Compensation is per completed consult, with earnings accelerating as visit times shorten. Applicants must be licensed in at least five states, have telehealth or high-volume practice experience, and be willing to obtain additional licenses.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances, except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
