Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedule as independent contractors, with $35 per completed consult and pay that scales with shorter visit times.

Roles require active medical licenses in at least five states, DEA registration, and experience in telemedicine or high-volume practice. Most work is remote, with flexible hours and dedicated provider support.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willing to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with scheduling submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment decisions.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C–substances except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
