Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain more (costs covered).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and access to care.
