Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. All work is fully virtual and physicians set their own schedule within a structured weekly framework.

We seek dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states, with experience in telehealth or high-volume practice. Independent contractor role, 15–20 hours per week, with compensation per visit and potential hourly uplift as visit times shrink.

Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willing to obtain additional licenses.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine allowed for MOUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
