Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedule, work remotely, and operate with a streamlined EMR and dedicated support. All work is fully virtual, with compensation based on per completed consult and performance-based pay scales.

The role is independent contractor (1099) and part-time, requiring active multi-state licenses and a commitment of 15–20 hours weekly. Training and credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in five U.S. states (or willingness to obtain multiple licenses)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week across four days
• Strong communication and clinical excellence
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (excluding most controlled substances)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay updated with telehealth innovations and best practices
