Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across multiple states. Physicians set their own schedule within a structured weekly framework for fully virtual practice, with compensation on a per-consult basis (1099).

The role emphasizes addiction care and expanding access to care while minimizing administrative overhead. We seek licensed physicians in at least five states with telehealth experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use (no CS except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices.
