Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. All work is fully virtual, with compensation structured as 1099 per completed consult. Physicians set their own schedule within a weekly framework and may earn up to high-earning rates with shorter visit times.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses; costs covered by QuickMD.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week across four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (note: QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
