Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. Work from anywhere with no office overhead and a flexible weekly schedule.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), averaging $105/hour for a 20-minute visit, with earnings rising to $210/hour for shorter visits. Top performers exceed $260K annually, and licenses in AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX are supported.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; preference for five or more of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
