Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians are independent contractors earning $35 per completed consult (1099) with $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour for shorter visit times, and top earners surpassing $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states, willingness to obtain more (licensing costs covered)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted a week in advance
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and guide on proper use (no C- substances except buprenorphine for OUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices
