Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), equating to $105/hour at a 20-minute visit. Top earners reach $260K+ annually, with the role fitting 15–20 hours per week and active multi-state licensing.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment decisions.
• Build strong doctor-patient relationships and maintain documentation.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support care decisions.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate; buprenorphine allowed for OUD per policy.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care.
