Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care to patients across 44 states. We seek licensed physicians in at least five states to join our remote team, offering a fully virtual practice with flexible scheduling and no office overhead.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) with $105/hour at a 20-minute visit and increasing to $210/hour for shorter visit times; top earners surpass $260K annually. Expect 15–20 hours per week across four days.

Qualifications

• Licensed in at least five U.S. states with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Available to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days and submit schedules weekly.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
