Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Willingness to work 15+ hours weekly across four days

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and histories.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications per policy (no C/S except buprenorphine for MOUD)
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth and clinical best practices
