Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules, work from anywhere, and operate with minimal admin overhead using a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per consult (1099, commission-based) with $105/hour for a 20-minute visit, increasing to $210/hour for shorter visit times; top earners exceed $260K annually while committing 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for 3+ of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX) with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted a week in advance.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide usage (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
