Job summary

QuickMD seeks dedicated physicians to provide fully virtual care across many states. Licenses in five or more states are preferred, with manageable weekly hours and a commission-based model based on completed consults.

Physicians work independently as 1099 contractors; onboarding includes credentialing support and access to a physician-focused EMR. The role emphasizes addiction care, with a path to high earnings for high-volume providers.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain more (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Able to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days; schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use; note: no C-Sub prescriptions except buprenorphine for OUD.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
