QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians work from anywhere with a flexible schedule, earning $35 per completed consult and $105/hour at a 20-minute visit, with pay rising to $210/hour as visits shorten.

Top earners surpass $260K annually while committing 15–20 hours per week. The role is fully virtual with all work performed remotely, supported by an EMR and a provider-support team.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (prefer three or more of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX), with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willing to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
