Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states with willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with weekly schedule submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide usage, excluding most controlled substances.
