Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own schedule, work from anywhere, and focus on patient care with minimal admin.

This independent contractor role pays $35 per completed consult, about $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour with shorter visits; top earners exceed $260K annually; requires 15–20 hours weekly. Candidates licensed in at least five states preferred; DEA registration and credentialing

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in five U.S. states (or willing to obtain additional licenses).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across multiple days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and guide usage (excluding most controlled substances; buprenorphine for MOUD permitted in some cases).
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices.
