Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visits, work from anywhere, and enjoy minimal administrative overhead while supported by a provider-support team.

The role is fully virtual with independent contractor status. Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099), with pay scaling up to $210/hour for shorter visit times; top earners exceed $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Available to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine for opioid use disorder if applicable).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
