Job summary

QuickMD offers fully virtual physician roles with flexible scheduling across the United States. Physicians will provide high-quality telemedicine care, manage patient assessments, and collaborate with a support team to ensure comprehensive treatment outcomes.

This independent contractor position requires active multi-state licensure, DEA registration, and experience in telehealth or high-volume practice. Expect 15–20 hours per week across multiple days with a focus on addiction care and emerging

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for CA, FL, AL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Available to work at least 15 hours weekly across 4 days.
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications with guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for MOUD as allowed).
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
